  B. Rubber: Rubber formulations primarily utilize low‑softening‑point C5 petroleum resins, C5/C9 copolymer resins, and DCPD resins. These resins exhibit excellent miscibility with natural rubber latex and exert minimal influence on the vulcanization process. Incorporating petroleum resins into rubber enhances adhesion, provides reinforcement, and imparts softening. In particular, the addition of C5/C9 copolymer resins not only increases inter‑particle cohesion but also improves the bonding between rubber particles and cord plies, making them well suited for high‑performance rubber products such as radial tires.
